March into Spring Sale-Saturday, March 14th

Claudia Bevill did this card...so sweet, and I love the quote! No, I don't sell live butterflies...this one just appeared inside the shop one day and couldn't even spread it's wings. After placing in an out of the way spot I went about decorating that day, forgot about it and the next day didn't even remember that I had left it inside. (it was such a cold and windy day and I feared that if I put it out that it might not survive) A couple of days later I heard something knocking on the door leading to the patio and to my amazement the butterfly had blossomed into a much more mature butterfly. I promptly went over and opened the door and it flew right out and away! Grace Barzyz did this Spring cone for me. Making all those last minute changes and details for our next Saturday Sale at Cottage Panache. We'll start at 9:00am and be here all day. Hope the weather isn't a deterant to attendance. I for one find myself out shopping in the worst weather. I think it makes a person feel better and takes away the gloom of a rainy day! Thought I'd post a few pics.

Made it past the first year.

March into Spring

This beautiful bouquet of flowers were presented to me on the day of the Cottage Panache Anniversary sale by my sweet friend Grace Barzyz. She is one of those wonderful "gracious" friends that everyone has wished for at one time or another. She thinks of everything! I hope Grace is having a wonderful time visiting her family and friends in Jersey! She works so hard and deserves to have a wonderful time. But we will be glad to have her back in Texas when she returns. Thank you Grace... you are a doll!!!
